Hockey Stick
The hockey stick section that supports the inner wing looked good but once I started scraping at it then it holed in a number of places. I decided to make a new one, so thats a job for work next week. In the meanwhile I started cleaning up for the new metal.
Spring revealed
I cleaned up the edge of the inner wing by cutting out the rot. Here is a good view of Rover's unique front suspension
Horn Bracket
The horn was hanging on the wires and this is the reason why. The next 2 photos show the front crossmember corroded out by the plate holding the horn. Water has obviously got in between the two surfaces and set up the corrosion.
